All of our FTTH and FTTB internet packages are unshaped and unthrottled. We believe the internet should be experienced without limitations or having to worry about that dreaded monthly data cap.

Month-to-Month

Cool Ideas currently offers two setup options. You can choose between a free setup (where a 12month clawback applies) or a once-off setup fee option. You can cancel your subscription at any time, but a clawback fee might apply if you chose the free setup option. Contact our connect team to find out more.

Free-to-Use Router Included

You’ve got fibre, but now what? To get your new internet connection up and running as quick as our fibre, all of our FTTH packages include a Free-to-use router delivered to your doorstep for your convenience.
